Text (3 to 5 pages) A4 format (portrait orientation), typed in a text editor, Microsoft Word (files with the extension * doc, * rtf), the margins on all sides - 25 mm, font Times New Roman, size 14, line spacing - paragraph - 12.5 mm. Pages are not numbered, justified, without hyphenation.

The article title is written in capital letters (bold -14), without division, with centering. Then one line in lowercase letters in the center (without any indentation) abbreviated degree, position, name and initials of the author (s) (font, bold-12), below without crossing the line in the center of the full name of the organization (12 font, italics). One line below the text of the article.

Figures and tables (no more than 2) are placed in the text to the width of the center. The table may be font-12 (do not use italics and bold font). Under each picture or above each table indicates their number and title (centered, font-12). The only table (figure) are not numbered. Drawings should be done at least 60 × 60 mm and not more than 110 × 170 mm format * jpg, * bmp. All drawings must be in black and white dashed clear graphics. Tinted and gray-scale images and graphics with shading, photos and scanned material will not be published. The formulas should be done by means of Word Equation 3,0; numbering of the formulas on the right in parentheses. Long formulas split into several lines long by 10 cm

Links to bibliographic source in square brackets are placed after the reference in the text of the relevant product and contain the number of the works in the bibliography, and, where appropriate, the page (for example, [8]).
